Qualifications

• Requires BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing).
• MSN or related master's degree preferred.
• Active Indiana RN license or NLC.
• BLS certification required; other life-support as per unit.
• OB experience strongly preferred; leadership certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic vision and operational planning for the assigned unit.
• Lead an inter-professional team to achieve quality, safety, and patient experience goals.
• Ensure 24x7 coverage and staffing aligned with nursing standards.
