Job summary

Growing Green is seeking an Urbanscape & Seasonal Operations Manager in St. Louis to lead planning, scheduling, and execution of urbanscape and holiday installations.

You will manage over 350 urbanscape and 150 holiday installations annually, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, quality, and profitability. You will mentor the Urbanscape Service Supervisor and Design & Procurement Manager, drive departmental KPIs, and collaborate with Sales, Design, Procurement, and Admin to optimize performance

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in operations management or related field.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams with accountability.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects, labor planning, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Direct planning, scheduling, coordination, and quality of urbanscape and holiday installations.
• Lead installation operations and manage budgets, labor, and resources.
• Provide leadership to supervisors and managers; drive safety and customer satisfaction.
