Job summary

PMJOBS.US represents a leading landscape contractor in the St. Louis area seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager to own landscape and site construction projects from award to closeout.

You’ll collaborate with field superintendents to oversee scope, schedule, subcontractors, materials, and owner relations. Responsibilities span reviewing pre-construction estimates, building schedules, managing subcontractors, ordering materials, and handling change orders and billing to keep projects

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial landscape construction, site work, or hardscape.
• Proven track record managing multiple commercial projects in the $200,000 - $1.5M+ range.
• Strong command of scope management, change orders, subcontractor coordination, and progress billing.
• Ability to read and interpret landscape, grading, civil, and site plans.
• Established subcontractor and supplier relationships in the St. Louis market.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Preferred: Degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or Construction Management; OSHA 30, estimating software, and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities
