This role leads strategic, operational, and financial performance, develops a growth plan for recurring revenue, oversees managers and crews, and builds scalable systems for scheduling, invoicing, and service delivery while maintaining the company’s reputation and client base.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of progressive leadership in landscaping or related services.
• Experience growing revenue and profitability in a service business.
• Experience managing managers and front-line field teams.
• Strong business-development and client-relationship skills.
• Financial literacy: budgeting, forecasting, job costing, margins.
• Experience with field-service, CRM, estimating, scheduling or business-management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic, operational, and financial performance of the landscape services division.
• Develop a growth plan for recurring service revenue and profitability.
• Oversee service managers, account managers, crew leaders, technicians, and field teams.
• Establish goals and accountability for sales, retention, labor efficiency, quality, and satisfaction.
• Evaluate pricing, routing, production rates, staffing, equipment, and service delivery.
• Drive business development through existing accounts, referrals, partnerships, and new opportunities.
• Build relationships with high-value residential and estate-care clients.
• Improve processes for scheduling, dispatching, invoicing, and client communication.
• Recruit and develop high-performing managers and field leaders.
• Analyze financial statements, budgets, job costing, and KPIs; assist with annual planning.
