Ryan Lawn & Tree, a leading Midwest lawn and tree care provider, is seeking a Landscape Maintenance & Enhancements Supervisor in our St. Louis/Chesterfield branch.

This field-based leadership role oversees day-to-day operations of the landscape maintenance and enhancements department, blending field leadership, crew development, customer service, and hands-on landscape work. The ideal candidate is an experienced landscape professional who values quality workmanship, enjoys mentoring others,

Qualifications

• Previous experience in professional landscape maintenance, landscape installation, horticulture, or related field.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop field employees.
• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices and plant care.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles and equipment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, train, and coach field staff to uphold company standards, safety practices, quality expectations and best practices.
• Perform landscape maintenance and enhancement work, including pruning, mulching, weeding, cleanups, planting and other enhancements; maintain knowledge of plant care and pest/disease identification.
• Deliver exceptional customer service; build strong customer relationships and communicate completed work and recommendations clearly.
• Drive production and department performance; assist budgeting, growth planning and process improvements.
• Maintain equipment and fleet; ensure proper care and prompt repairs as needed.
