Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a Landscape Production Manager in Minnesota to lead construction, installation, maintenance, and seasonal operations. You will supervise field crews, coordinate schedules, manage budgets, and drive efficiency while delivering exceptional client satisfaction.

The candidate will bring 5+ years in landscape construction or maintenance, strong leadership and communication skills, and hands-on problem solving.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of landscape construction, maintenance, or related industry experience.
• Experience supervising field crews and scheduling.
• Strong knowledge of landscape construction methods and equipment.
• Ability to manage budgets and project costs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage production staff, including crew leaders and field personnel
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and project schedules
• Partner with design teams and subcontractors to execute projects
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and quality standards
• Drive client satisfaction through project delivery
