General Statement of Duties: The Urban Studies Department Office Assistant helps department faculty and staff manage a busy office with undergraduate and graduate programs, as well as a research institute and Archives (CityLab) and community engagement center (Urban Action Institute). This includes general office duties and contributing to our social media pages.
Responsibilities:
Serves as back up to Department Assistant; makes photocopies, answers the phone and provides general clerical support to people stopping by; helps maintain the department social media accounts, assists in the preparation for and execution of department programs; connects with other offices and departments as needed.
