Urban Outfitters Temporary Merchandise Operations Coordinator

Role Responsibilities

• PO entry and revisions
• Ensure timely delivery of merchandise through tracking and monitoring receipts
• Sku Maintenance
• Backorder and Pre-Order management
• DC communication and follow-up
• Manage and execute RTV’s, Retickets, Price Changes, etc., in coordination with Planning and Allocation teams
• Manage receipts alongside the OTB availability, ensuring class is not overbought, and collaborate with planning/buying when shifting orders/receipts
• Manage DTC flags and shipping restrictions
• GTIN management
• Coordinate time-sensitive deliveries for events and seasonal setups
• Assist in invoice corrections and adjustments with Accounts Payable team
• Work collaboratively with Buying, Planning, and Allocation teams towards common merchandise goals

Role Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly and retain information; analytical with understanding of multiple systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel & Outlook
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Retail inventory software experience is a plus
• Customer Service or retail experience is a plus
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred
