Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Project Manager for Urban Mobility within the North Central & Twin Cities Metro area. You will lead design projects, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver multimodal transportation solutions in Minnesota and Wisconsin.

The role emphasizes client engagement, compliance with design standards, and delivering within scope and budget while leveraging Stantec's global resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering is required.
• PE license in Minnesota is required or must be attained.
• Minimum 8 years of roadway design experience with 2+ years of PM experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop project management plans and establish goals.
• Interface with clients and manage project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Provide day-to-day leadership for team members.
• Provide technical engineering analysis for design concepts and layouts.
• Prepare transportation reports, cost estimates, and specifications.
• Supervise design engineers and mentor staff.
• Coordinate with local offices and Stantec teams for resources and QA/QC.
• Engage with clients and assist with proposals and business development.
