Job summary

Stantec is seeking an experienced design engineer to join our Urban Mobility team in Minnesota. You will lead and collaborate on multi-disciplinary projects, delivering roadway and urban transportation designs across communities in Minnesota and beyond.

You will mentor junior staff, lead design teams through all phases, and actively manage client relationships while coordinating with Transportation and Community Development teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in roadway design.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Lead roadway design projects for cities, counties, and state DOTs.
• Coordinate with local offices and Stantec to access expertise and support on projects.
• Develop design concepts, preliminary layouts and final design construction plan sets.
