Job summary

Stantec Consulting International Ltd. in Naples, Florida invites a highly skilled Project Engineer Site / Civil Engineering Design to lead civil design for land development projects, coordinate with clients and agencies, and drive project delivery in a multi-disciplinary environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's or Master's in Civil Engineering, 5+ years of experience, and a Florida PE license or imminent eligibility; proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil3D and hydrology/hydraulic software is

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of civil site/civil design experience.
• Registered Professional Engineer in FL or able to obtain within 6 months.
• Experience with private and public sector projects.

Responsibilities

• Design civil layouts including streets, drainage, water, and erosion control for land development and roadway projects.
• Prepare submission packages, calculations, cost estimates, and schedules.
• Develop designs through sketches, models, diagrams, and visuals.
• Lead project coordination meetings with clients, consultants, owners, and vendors.
• Assist PM with scope, budget, staffing, and scheduling.
• Coordinate project specs with construction documents.
• Perform and oversee design calculations using standard software.
• Contribute to constructability reviews and QA/QC.
