MilliporeSigma is seeking a Technical Application Specialist, Upstream to advance the Upstream business in Cell Lines and Cell Culture Media. You will collaborate with commercial partners and field teams to drive adoption and ensure a seamless customer experience.

This role requires deep upstream bioprocessing knowledge, 5+ years in the life sciences industry with sales exposure, and strong communication skills. Travel 30–50% within the US and Canada is expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or similar.
• 5+ years upstream bioprocessing with sales/customer-facing experience.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with commercial partners to drive adoption of Cell Lines, Cell Culture Media, and related products.
• Partner with Process Development Scientists to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Deliver technical presentations face-to-face and virtual to customers.
• Prepare and validate information for prioritizing customer projects.
• Position the right product within the portfolio to win new business.
• Develop and implement regional sales initiatives.
• Support regional action plan development with Field Marketing and Commercial teams.
• Identify strategic opportunities for market share growth from customer insights.
• Act as an ambassador for MilliporeSigma across product ranges.
