Job summary

Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers, Inc. is seeking an outside Territory Manager for Upstate New York.

You will prospect, cold call, and manage accounts while driving multi-channel solutions across the territory. Expect travel to auctions, territory planning in Salesforce, and close collaboration with internal stakeholders to deliver customer value. The role offers uncapped compensation with a base salary, a company vehicle, laptop, smartphone, and expense account, plus career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–10 years in a structured outside/field sales role with quota achievement.
• Ability to prospect, cold call, and develop new business.
• Experience building authentic customer relationships and presenting value.
• Experience using CRM tools to manage pipeline and territory plan.

Responsibilities

• Sell multi-channel solutions and grow sales in the assigned territory.
• Source and grow sales with new business and support existing customers.
• Build and maintain the territory playbook; use CRM frequently.
• Negotiate and close deals with internal stakeholders.
• Attend auctions and travel 5–7 days per month as needed.
• Work from a home office and on the road.
