Ritchie Bros. in East Connecticut & Rhode Island is seeking an outside Territory Manager to drive multi-channel sales and grow the customer base. You will prospect, manage accounts, and attend auctions to meet clients.

This role reports to Regional Sales Manager; travel 5–7 days a month; base salary with uncapped commission, company vehicle, laptop, smartphone, and expense account.

Qualifikationen

• 2 to 10 years in a structured outside/field sales role.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Equipment Industry or Construction Equipment experience is preferred.
• Experience in quota-driven sales.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Able to build and maintain authentic customer relationships.

Aufgaben

• Sell multi-channel solutions; source and grow sales in the assigned territory.
• Prospect, manage, and grow existing accounts; maintain territory playbook.
• Utilize CRM (Salesforce) frequently to track opportunities.
• Deliver value through presentations and customized solutions.
• Negotiate and close deals with internal stakeholders.
• Attend 4–6 auction sales and travel 5–7 days per month.
