Job summary

RB Global Inc. is seeking an outside sales Territory Manager for Upstate New York. You will be on the front line, generating billions in gross transactional value annually, proactively prospecting and cold calling new customers, and managing existing accounts.

You will report to the Regional Sales Manager, travel regularly, and benefit from an uncapped compensation package including a base salary plus perks like a company vehicle, laptop, smartphone, and expense account.

Qualifications

• 2 to 10 years in a structured outside/field sales role with quotas
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Equipment Industry or Construction Equipment experience preferred
• Experience in quota-driven sales required; industry knowledge desirable
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to build and maintain authentic customer relationships
• Competitive without sacrificing integrity
• Work primarily from a home office and on the road

Responsibilities

• Sell multi-channel solutions; source, maintain and grow accounts; manage territory playbook
• Sell Ritchie Bros. multi-channel solutions through prospecting and pipeline development
• Develop assigned territory by building the Playbook and using Salesforce CRM
• Understand customer needs and deliver value with customized presentations
• Partner with internal stakeholders to negotiate and close deals
• Attend 4–6 auction sales per year; travel 5–7 days per month
• Perform other duties as assigned
