Job summary

Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers, Inc. in Boston area seeks an outside Territory Manager to drive sales across the Eastern Massachusetts market. You will prospect, manage accounts, and close deals with a focus on customer value and growth.

Qualifications

• 2–10 years in outside/field sales with quotas
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Experience in Equipment/Construction Equipment preferred
• Quota-driven sales experience required
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; capable of building relationships and working from home/road

Responsibilities

• Sell Ritchie Bros. multi-channel solutions across the assigned territory
• Prospect and develop new business while managing existing accounts
• Plan, pipeline management, and use CRM to grow sales
• Attend auctions in the region and travel monthly as needed
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to negotiate and close deals
• Provide value through presentations and customized solutions
