Job summary

You will collaborate with team members, attend briefings, and ensure accuracy in billing and cash handling. Prior hospitality experience and English fluency are required, with TIPS certification and food hygiene training preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak and understand English.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Food Hygiene awareness and basic training.
• TIPS Certification prior to or after hire.
• Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.
• Legible written communication.

Responsibilities

• Promote image of the restaurant with impeccable manners, diplomacy and tact.
• Maintain constant communication with and to the team.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in established service style and standard.
• Upsell by recommending specials, meals, appetizers, and beverages.
• Relay orders to kitchen/bar following established procedures.
• Monitor guests to fulfill additional requests.
• Set and clear tables; keep station clean and orderly.
• Ensure micros station and check presenters are maintained.
• Take rolls-ups before and after each shift and collect orders as needed.
• Attend pre-meal briefings and training sessions.
