Soho House & Co in Chicago is seeking a Bartender to craft cocktails and beverages, provide exceptional service to guests and members, and contribute to the brand's renowned hospitality. You will greet guests, learn preferences, upsell, and ensure timely service in a fast-paced club environment.

The role requires 2+ years in high-volume F&B, experience with craft cocktails and coffee drinks, strong communication, flexible schedule, and a neat, engaging presence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in high-volume food & beverage operations.
• Craft cocktail making and seasonal ingredients knowledge.
• Experience making coffee drinks is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and deliver drinks efficiently.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Flexible schedule and reliability.
• Tips certification is preferred.
• Experience with Micros POS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow steps of service and guidelines for cocktails, juices, coffee and drinks.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar and assist other bartenders.
• Educate guests and members about beverages through House Tonic trainings.
• Discuss daily specials and food pairings to promote sales.
• Handle payments and operate a cash register.
• Check IDs and monitor alcohol service.
• Arrange bottles to create attractive displays and boost sales.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with Barbacks.
• Mix ingredients according to recipes to maintain a unified program.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
