Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak and understand English.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Food Hygiene awareness and training.
• Ability to communicate in English with guests.
• Desirable: Food Hygiene certificate.
• First aid awareness.
• Friendly, upbeat and outgoing personality.
• Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail.
• Able to work nights, weekends and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Promote restaurant image with impeccable manners and tact towards guests.
• Maintain constant flow of communication with the team.
• Sets up tables according to standard.
• Removes dirty dishes from tables.
• Welcomes, greets and seats guests when needed.
• Assist bartender to produce beverages and restock bar as needed.
• Ensure working area is clean and well-stocked.
• Follow health and safety requirements and training.
