• 2+ years’ of successful restaurant management experience.
• Thrive in high-volume, scratch kitchen environments.

• Strong problem resolution and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set the tone for guest experience by leading a positive, collaborative team.
• Oversee, maintain and manage food and service quality.
• Assess, implement and maintain service standards for consistency.
• Forecast financials and manage labor, food, and beverage costs.
• Create and execute strategic objectives across recruitment, finance, and ops.
• Partner with the General Manager to lead by example and drive results.
