Hotel-Angerhof---Franz-Wagnermayr is seeking an experienced Chef to prepare 5-course menus and themed buffets while guiding the kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a completed chef training, experience in upscale gastronomy, and a good knowledge of German.

Qualifications

• Experience in upscale gastronomy, preferably with toque or star experience.
• Independent and careful way of working.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of the food for our 5-course menus and themed buffets.
• Independent work and guidance of the kitchen team in consultation with the head chef.
• Planning and creation of dishes.
