Job summary
Hawkers, Franklin is seeking a dynamic Service Manager to lead front-of-house operations at our new location. You will coach and develop the restaurant team, drive sales, and ensure guest satisfaction in a full-service upscale setting.

Qualifications
- Three years of restaurant management experience in a full-service upscale concept.
- Must be able to lead front-of-house operations.
- Pass Hawkers MIT program and safe food handlers' cert.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to manage payroll and scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Assist General Manager to meet sales, revenue, profitability goals.
- Oversee and ensure integrity of all P&L statements and expense tracking.
- Lead shifts, end-of-day procedures, and banking; train other leaders.
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and coach team members.
- Respond to guest reviews and maintain guest sentiment.
- Maintain a safe, harassment-free workplace per OSHA/state/local rules.
- Communicate objectives in meetings and guide the team to achieve goals.
