Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales, revenue, and profitability goals.
• Oversee finances, expense tracking, and revenue deposition accuracy.
• Lead shifts, EOD procedures, and banking activities.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard team members; coach and evaluate staff.
• Ensure guest experiences remain exceptional and brand compliant.
• Maintain a safe, harassment-free workplace in line with regulations.
