Job summary

Hawkers Asian Street Food in St. Petersburg, FL is seeking experienced hospitality leaders to join our service management team.

As an Operations Leader you will support the purpose, values, and goals of Hawkers while coaching and developing our restaurant staff to deliver standout guest experiences. You will drive sales, ensure P&L integrity, lead shifts, mentor team members, and uphold safety and guest satisfaction standards in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Three years of restaurant management experience at a full-service concept.

Responsibilities

• Directly assist the General Manager in meeting or exceeding established sales, revenue, and profitability goals.
• Directly assist the General Manager to ensure the financial integrity of all P&L statements by adhering to systems that properly track expenses and revenues.
• Ensure all proper accountability of all revenues into appropriate Company accounts.
• Oversees and safeguards the integrity and operational functionality of all Company assets including funds, systems, and equipment, maintaining the highest level of usability and cleanliness.
• Timely and effectively communicate restaurant objectives in meetings and as required, presenting initiatives and objectives by speaking, leading, and guiding the team to meet established objectives.
• Maintain safe and harassment-free working conditions as required by OSHA, federal, state, and local authorities.
• Communicate with leaders, hourly team members, and guests, providing positive feedback and promoting a positive image of the restaurant and good team member morale.
• Lead and coach team members; conduct formal evaluations with staff with General Manager.
