Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager to meet sales, revenue, and profitability goals.
• Ensure financial integrity of all P&L statements and proper expense tracking.
• Lead shifts, coach and develop team members; oversee training and onboarding.
• Recruiting support and onboarding of new team members; participate in staffing.
• Respond to guest reviews and maintain positive guest sentiment; engage with guests.
