Job summary

Hawksmoor Boston is seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our team at our Fort Point location. You will lead daily operations, uphold Hawksmoor service standards, and drive exceptional guest experiences across the floor and private dining events.

Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll manage scheduling, training, and safety, coach a diverse team, and collaborate with leadership to sustain our culture and sustainability commitments as a B Corp-aligned restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Lead service across all restaurant areas and during peak periods.
• Provide expert menu knowledge and wine pairing guidance.
• Ensure guest concerns are addressed promptly with effective resolutions.
• Oversee large parties and private dining with flawless execution.
• Uphold Steps of Service and daily opening/closing procedures.
