Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and guest experiences.
• Willing to obtain Food Handlers Certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and set the tone for an exceptional dining experience.
• Guide guests through the menu with enthusiasm and product knowledge.
• Take orders accurately and enter them into the POS system promptly.
• Deliver food and beverages and ensure correct table delivery.
• Check in with tables to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns.
• Maintain clean and organized tables and assist with pre-bussing.
• Recommend menu items and beverages to enhance guest experience.
