Qualifications

• Experience in a full-service upscale high-volume establishment preferred.
• TABC Certification and state-required food/alcohol service credentials as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Uphold a high level of hospitality and professionalism with guests and team.
• Maintain knowledge of food and beverage offerings, ingredients, and dietary restrictions.
• Follow service steps with consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Open and close the assigned station to ensure readiness and smooth operations.
• Communicate clearly and collaborate with the team to support seamless service.
• Create a memorable guest experience and assist with requests and special occasions.
• Continuously learn through food, wine, and team training opportunities.
