Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills and work ethic.
• Team-oriented with a strong sense of punctuality and reliability.
• Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment while being positive, respectful, professional.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• TABC Certification, as required.
• Certified for food and alcohol service as is required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall cleanliness of the restaurant and service areas.
• Assist servers, bartenders and hosts when needed.
• Run food from the kitchen to guest tables.
• Run beverages from the bar to guest tables.
• Remove used dishes and silverware from guest tables.
• Communicate with server, bartenders and hostess for efficient service.
• Maintain cleanliness of all tables and chairs in assigned service area.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards.
