Qualifications

• Experience delivering upscale beverage service in a hospitality setting.
• Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and responsible serving.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle cash transactions and use POS systems.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• English proficiency; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver beverages to guests per hotel service standards.
• Serve menu items accurately and professionally.

• Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality.
