Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills and work ethic.
• Team-oriented with punctuality and reliability.
• Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment while being positive, respectful, professional and having a genuine attitude towards guests and colleagues.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• TABC Certification, as required.
• Certified for food and alcohol service as is required by State and Local Agencies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness of the restaurant and service areas.
• Assist servers, bartenders and hosts when needed and understand menu items and ingredients.
• Run food from kitchen to guest tables after ensuring each course is complete and accurate.
• Run beverages from bar to guest tables and keep them full.
• Clear used dishes and silverware between courses and after guests leave.
• Communicate with servers, bartenders and hosts to ensure efficient seating and service.
• Keep tables and chairs clean and reset vacated tables.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to meet health and safety standards.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned.
