D.L. Mack’s, a Chicago-inspired American tavern, is seeking a Server to deliver thoughtful, attentive food and beverage service with hospitality and professionalism. Our team upholds guest-focused service and moves with purpose to create a welcoming, high-end dining experience.

You will maintain knowledge of menus and pairings, communicate clearly, and work collaboratively to ensure each dining experience is seamless, memorable, and exceeds expectations for every guest.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering high-touch service in upscale venues.
• Excellent communication and guest relation skills.
• Ability to work cohesively with team and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Uphold hospitality and professionalism with every guest and team member.
• Maintain knowledge of food/beverage offerings and dietary restrictions to answer questions.
• Follow all steps of service with consistency and accuracy.
• Handle opening/closing procedures for the station to ensure readiness.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless service experience.
• Create memorable moments for guests throughout their visit.
• Address concerns with grace and hospitality and accommodate special requests.
• Participate in ongoing training to refine knowledge and performance.
