Kona Grill - Carmel is seeking a friendly and professional Server to deliver an exceptional dining experience in a fast-paced, upscale setting. You will guide guests through the Vibe Dining experience, make expert recommendations, and ensure flawless service from greeting to payment.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience in a high-volume, upscale dining environment.
• Strong knowledge of menu, wine, and cocktails is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the dining experience.
• Provide detailed knowledge of menu, specials, and beverage pairings.
• Take accurate orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly with proper presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns professionally.
• Assist teammates to maintain a smooth service flow.
• Perform opening and closing side work as assigned.
• Maintain clean and organized service areas.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and thank guests for their visit.
