Job summary

ParOne Clubhouse at SkyRidge in Park City, Utah, is hiring a Server to join our opening team. We seek individuals who anticipate needs, provide polished service, and engage guests with warmth and confidence in a refined dining environment.

Previous upscale dining experience is preferred; strong hospitality spirit and teamwork are essential. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required. Medical and other benefits are offered through CoralTree Hospitality.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience required; upscale or fine dining experience preferred.
• Current food handler and alcohol service certifications as required by state or local regulations.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a consistently exceptional dining experience while maintaining Jack's Public House service standards.
• Welcome and engage guests in a warm, professional, and authentic manner.
• Demonstrate knowledge of all food, beverage, wine, beer, and cocktail offerings.
• Guide guests through menu selections and provide recommendations.
• Accurately enter orders and communicate modifications or special requests to the kitchen and bar.
• Monitor table progression to ensure proper timing and pacing throughout the meal.
