Job summary

CoralTree Hospitality Group is hiring a Server Assistant for ParOne Clubhouse at SkyRidge, our opening team in a premier resort setting. You will support seamless restaurant operations, assist with service, and help deliver memorable guest experiences in a refined, mountain-living environment.

Qualifications

• TIPS certification required or obtainable within 30 days of hire.
• Current Food Handler’s Card required.
• Experience in restaurant, hospitality, or guest service preferred.
• Positive, service-oriented attitude essential for busy upscale setting.
• Ability to learn and uphold established service standards.
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods; flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dining room and service areas for daily operations.
• Set, clear, and reset tables according to standards.
• Run food and assist with service in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintain clean, organized dining/service areas throughout shift.
• Restock stations and service items as needed to support operations.
• Collaborate with Servers, Supervisors, culinary team, and colleagues to ensure seamless service.
• Communicate clearly with guests and team members; respond to guest needs promptly.
