Job summary

CoralTree Hospitality's ParOne Clubhouse at SkyRidge in Park City, Utah, is seeking a Server Assistant to join the opening team. You will support seamless restaurant operations and help deliver an exceptional guest experience under the Restaurant Manager.

The role requires a customer-focused attitude, the ability to work in a fast-paced upscale environment, and a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training and growth opportunities are provided as we open this new venue.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• TIPS certification required or obtainable within 30 days.
• Current Food Handler’s Card required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dining room and service areas for daily operations.
• Set, clear, and reset tables according to standards.
• Run food and assist service of beverages to guests.
• Maintain clean and stocked dining and service areas.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Communicate clearly with guests and team members.
