Job summary

ParOne Clubhouse at Skyridge Resort & Golf in Park City, Utah is seeking a well-rounded Host to join our opening team. The host is the first impression of our hospitality, expected to be welcoming, poised, and attentive, creating a seamless arrival and departure experience.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing reservations and seating, escorting guests to tables, and communicating guest preferences to the service team.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, country club, or luxury hotel experience preferred.
• Experience with reservation and table management systems preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and events.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating.
• Escort guests to tables and relay special occasions to the service team.
• Monitor dining room flow and coordinate with staff for balanced seating.
• Answer phones and respond to inquiries professionally.
• Maintain a clean, inviting host stand, lobby, and entrance area.
• Assist with guest requests and resolve concerns promptly.
• Recognize returning guests and create personalized experiences.
• Support front-of-house operations as needed to ensure seamless service.
• Follow all company policies, service standards, and safety procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
