Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, hospitality, or luxury hotels preferred.
• Experience with reservation and table management systems preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and events.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and manage reservations and seating.
• Escort guests to tables and communicate preferences to the service team.
• Monitor dining room flow and collaborate to ensure balanced seating and efficient service.
• Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized host stand and lobby area.
• Assist with guest requests and resolve concerns promptly with leadership.
• Recognize returning guests and create personalized experiences.
• Support front-of-house team to ensure seamless restaurant operations.
