Job summary

ParOne Clubhouse at SkyRidge, part of The Stelle, is seeking a Server Assistant to join the opening team in Park City, Utah. This role reports to the Restaurant Manager and helps deliver an exceptional guest experience in a vibrant, upscale setting.

You will prepare dining areas, set and clear tables, run food, keep service areas stocked and clean, and work with Servers and culinary staff to ensure smooth service while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• TIPS certification required, or ability to obtain certification within 30 days of hire.
• Current Food Handler’s Card required.
• Previous restaurant, hospitality, or guest service experience preferred.
• Positive, service-oriented attitude with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, upscale hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the dining room and service areas for daily operations.
• Set, clear, and reset tables according to standards.
• Run food and assist with service of food and beverages.
• Maintain clean, organized dining and service areas.
• Set up and replenish service stations and supplies.
• Collaborate with Servers, Supervisors, and culinary team to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow quality, safety, sanitation, and service standards.
