Kona-Grill, a leader in vibe dining, is seeking a Server to deliver exceptional service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. You will anticipate needs, make expert recommendations, and ensure memorable experiences.

The role requires knowledge of the menu, wine and cocktails, the ability to multi-task, and strong guest-focused communication. Nights, weekends and holidays availability is required, with growth opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum serving experience in high-volume upscale dining.
• Knowledge of beverages and wine.
• Excellent communication and guest-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and guide them through the Vibe Dining experience.
• Provide detailed knowledge of the menu, specials, and beverage pairings.
• Take and enter accurate orders into the POS.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly with correct presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns professionally.
• Assist teammates to maintain smooth service flow.
• Handle opening/closing side work as assigned.
• Keep service areas clean and organized.
• Process payments and thank guests, inviting return.
