Job summary

Coach is seeking a Cashier to deliver exceptional service at the cashwrap. This role supports the Insider Program, handles cash with accuracy, and promotes add‑on sales and gift cards.

You will process returns and assist in training fellow cashiers while maintaining policy compliance in a fast‑paced luxury retail environment. Applicants should have 1+ years in cashier/retail, familiarity with POS systems, and good English.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred.
• A combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills.
• Strong English language proficiency.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout; greet customers warmly and create a lasting impression.
• Act as an ambassador for the Insider Program; promote add‑on sales and gift cards.
• Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and compliance with all policies.
• Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods per company standards; complete end‑of‑shift audits with management.
• Keep cashwrap organized and clean; monitor equipment and report issues promptly.
• Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence.
