Job summary

Coach is seeking a friendly Lead Cashier to deliver exceptional service at the checkout, greet customers warmly, and reinforce the Insider Program. You’ll help maintain accurate cash handling, support store operations, and model Coach’s Service standards in a fast-paced luxury environment.

This role emphasizes teamwork, mentoring fellow cashiers, and promoting add-on sales and gift cards while upholding policy compliance and a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English language proficiency.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout; greet customers warmly and create a lasting impression.
• Act as an ambassador for the Insider Program; promote add-on sales and gift cards.
• Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and compliance with all policies.
• Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods per company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management.
• Keep cashwrap organized and clean; monitor equipment and report issues promptly.
• Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence.
