Job summary

Coach is seeking a Lead Cashier to deliver exceptional customer service at the cashwrap and uphold Coach Service standards. You will act as a brand ambassador, greet customers, and support the Insider Program while promoting add‑on sales and gift cards.

The role requires cash handling accuracy, familiarity with POS systems, and the ability to train fellow cashiers in a fast-paced luxury retail environment. Strong English required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in cashier or retail roles.
• Luxury retail experience preferred.
• A combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout.
• Greet customers warmly and create a lasting impression.
• Act as an ambassador for the Insider Program.
• Promote add‑on sales and gift cards.
• Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and compliance with all policies.
• Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods per company standards.
• Complete end‑shift audits with management.
• Keep cashwrap organized and clean.
• Monitor equipment and report issues promptly.
• Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence.
