Job summary

Coach is seeking a customer-focused cashier to join our luxury retail team in a fast-paced environment. You will deliver exceptional service at checkout, promote the Insider Program, and ensure accurate cash handling and policy compliance.

As an ambassador for the brand, you will process returns, manage media, assist in training fellow cashiers, and maintain an organized cashwrap while supporting inventory and operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills.
• Strong English language proficiency (for EU).

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout and greet customers warmly.
• Act as ambassador for Insider Program; promote add-on sales and gift cards.
• Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and policy compliance.
• Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods per company standards; end-of-shift audits.
• Keep cashwrap organized; monitor equipment and report issues.
• Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence.
