Job summary

Coach is seeking a Cashier to deliver exceptional customer service at the checkout, acting as a brand ambassador and supporting the Insider Program. You will handle cash with accuracy, process returns, and keep the cashwrap organized while assisting in staff training to maintain service excellence.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in cashier/retail roles, familiarity with POS systems, and strong English proficiency.

Qualifications

1+ years in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred.
Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout; greet customers warmly and create a lasting impression.
Act as ambassador for the Insider Program; promote add-on sales and gift cards.
Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and compliance with all policies.
Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods per company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management.
Keep cashwrap organized and clean; monitor equipment and report issues promptly.
Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence.
