Vandelay Hospitality Group is seeking a polished Server to deliver exceptional food and beverage service in an high-volume, upscale setting. You will be attentive, hospitable and proactive to ensure guests feel welcome and taken care of throughout their dining experience.

The role requires 2+ years of server experience, knowledge of wine, beer and craft cocktails, and a team-first attitude. Benefits include employee discounts, flexible schedules and ongoing training.

Formación

• 2+ years of server experience in an upscale or fine-dining high volume establishment.
• Willingness to complete quizzes on product/job knowledge.
• Positive attitude with ownership and responsibility.
• Desire to learn and grow within the restaurant.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain hospitality and professionalism with guests and team members.
• Build knowledge of all food, beverage, and dietary restrictions to answer questions.
• Follow all steps of service consistently.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures for assigned station.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service.
• Enhance guest experience and handle disputes with respect and care.
• Participate in Food, Wine and Team training opportunities.
