The Indigo Road Hospitality Group (IRHG) is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Athens, GA. You will lead a high-volume, upscale dining floor team and ensure exceptional guest experiences while aligning with our core values and brand standards.

With 3+ years of floor management experience, you’ll drive service excellence, staff development, and financial performance, managing quality, safety, and daily operations across FOH and BOH.

• 3+ years of successfully running a high-volume upscale restaurant.
• Proven ability to lead a team and deliver memorable dining experiences.

Responsibilities

• Set the tone for guest experience and lead a collaborative team.
• Oversee food, drink, and service quality and dining experience.
• Ensure consistent service standards and safe, clean operations.
• Manage budget, scheduling, and labor.
• Drive strategy to maximize profitability across FOH/BOH.
• Coordinate ordering, inventory, and seasonality considerations.
• Partner with FOH and BOH for a positive environment.
