Oceanaire Seafood Room in downtown Indianapolis is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a dedicated team and deliver exceptional fine dining experiences. You will drive operational excellence, develop staff, and ensure guest satisfaction in a high-energy, guest-focused environment.

The role requires strong front-of-house knowledge, a hands-on leadership style, and a track record of managing costs and labor while maintaining standards and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years upscale / fine dining restaurant management experience.
• Extensive front of house knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Stable and progressive work history; Strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Ensures guest satisfaction with a Do Whatever It Takes Attitude and hands-on leadership.
• Motivates staff to ensure cost control and effective labor management.
• Inspects establishment to ensure health, safety, and liquor regulations compliance.
• Ensures accuracy of daily sales summaries, petty cash reimbursement forms, and payroll records.
