The Oceanaire Seafood Room in Indianapolis seeks a Restaurant Manager to lead a high-energy team and deliver a premier fine dining experience with a focus on guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

You will develop staff, drive top-service standards, control labor costs, and uphold seafood quality and safety, while creating memorable experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.

• Ensures paperwork accuracy such as daily sales summary reports, petty cash reimbursement forms, and payroll records.
