• Flexible schedule to cover days, nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Experience overseeing daily restaurant operations and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all daily restaurant operations.
• Hire, train and develop employees and managers.
• Hands-on training for service positions: guest service, etiquette, food and beverage knowledge.
• Approve and manage weekly scheduling.
• Reconcile, invoice and manage inventory.
